If LWS is currently a partner with your community you will receive an LWS branded 13-gallon waste bin upon move-in or start of service. Depending on your community service plan our professional valet teams will service your door 3, 5, & 7 nights per week, collecting waste according to your community’s service guidelines.
Guidelines are as follows:
- 2 bag limit per night
- Cardboard boxes broken down
- Trash put out in the provided waste bin
- No loose trash
- Trash out by start time
- Trash bag must be tied, free of tears or leaks
- No bulk
- 15 lb. trash bag weight limit
